Amber Grill

An all you can eat rodízio, salads, hot dishes, steaming pão de queijo, delicious desserts, excellent service and an agreeable atmosphere have all contributed to the success of the churrascaria Amber Grill.

In it’s opening 3 months, Amber Grill managed to serve up to 3,500 rodízios in one month and 348 on one Sunday alone, according to businessman Hermes Tangerino, who’s looking to set up a chain of restaurants in the UK.

Amber Grill is the only churrascaria in NW10, one of London’s famous Brazilian quarters. Nevertheless, the restaurant is popular with a wide range of clientele, and people from across the world have been “bowled over” by the selection of cuts. Brazilians tend to show up on the weekend, whilst during the week 70%
of the customers are British.

“We make a point of buying fresh produce. Our meat isn’t frozen; it comes from Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay.
Even the guys working in the kitchen are Gaúchos!”, reveals chef Isaac Silva.

Whilst offering excellent service, Amber Grill also insists on maintaining the menu’s authentic Brazilian taste. You can chose from a range of delicious juices like acerola or cupuaçú or try their creamed papaya with crème de cassis and espressos. Even vegetarians get VIP treatment at Amber Grill. There’s always a veggie option as well as the salads and fish available at the buffet.
