Machines for Living is the new show by Let Slip, one of the latest theatre companies to emerge from Jacques Lecoq Theatre School in Paris, running at the Blue Elephant Theatre from May 22nd. Nicole Pschetz, a Brazilian actress is a devising cast member of this production that brings urban landscape to discussion, combining black humour with a tragic scope.

Two architects believe they can design life and decide to move into the tower block they have built. But will their marriage survive to cockroaches and scaffolding, as the building collapses and the blame falls on them?

Exploring the legacy of Britain’s tower blocks in Britain Machines for Living is an irreverent, dynamic and visually impressive production running until June 16th.
