Marilena Chauí at the King’s Brazil Institute

The King’s Brazil Institute is honoured to be hosting philosopher Marilena Chauí (Universidade de São Paulo) as a Visiting Senior Research Fellow and for a couple of seminars in January and February.

The first seminar (entitled The Foundational Myth and An Authoritarian Society: New Contradictions in Brazil) was held in January, and the second, open to anyone who wishes to attend (although you must RSVP), is on 10th February – please see their website here for more details and the basic information is listed below.
