Ó do Borogodó Tribute @ Southbank Centre

Following the heated tone of previous nights once again Bar Concrete is proud to pay tribute to Ó do Borogodó, a gritty, underground, live-samba joint in São Paulo, held at the Southbank Centre.
.Brazilian singer Gut Simon invites the choro group Vendendo Peixe to pay homage to the great Brazilian composers such as Cartola, Noel Rosa, Nelson Cavaquinho, Joao Nogueira, Ze Keti, Chico Buarque, João Bosco, Baden Powell and others.

They play right in front of the tables and a makeshift dance area that, as the night wears on becomes an electrified moving flurry of well-shaped hips and sandaled feet.
